A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Senior Lead Technician to supervise repairs and maintenance across wind farms in Inverness-shire and Aberdeenshire. This position requires proven experience as a Service Technician and Lead Technician, with strong planning and communication skills. The role involves complex repairs, training new technicians, and ensuring high standards in service delivery. The candidate must hold at least a Level 3 qualification and be willing to travel regularly for the job.

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Lead Technician on a Permanent basis to join the team working from our new Inverness service point supporting windfarms including Millennium, Moy and Tullo.
The Senior Lead Technician role supervises as group of Lead Technicians covering a number of wind farm across Inverness-shire and Aberdeenshire, ensuring tasks and works within this region are completed within specified timeframes and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
The successful candidate will have proven experience both as a Service Technician and more recently as a Lead Technician. You will be qualified up to at least Level 3 (HNC / ONC) and have completed STTM 1 & 2.
You will have experience of leading and supervising a team and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This role will also require the candidate to travel on a regular basis which will also include nights away from home.
