We currently have 22+ corporate partnerships across diverse sectors, ranging from high‑value multi‑year strategic collaborations to innovative cause‑related marketing initiatives.

  • Actively prospect and lead new business opportunities, including pitch management and proposal creation, with collaboration from colleagues and stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Develop and implement a new business strategy in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Director of Fundraising.
  • Drive pipeline growth by leading prospecting events with support from Events colleagues – delivering a highly successful established prospect event and devising an innovative format to engage new corporate contacts.
  • Actively contribute to the development of new corporate partnership products and income streams, bolstering the DofE offering, and oversee implementation across the new business team and DofE.
  • Line‑manage a Senior Partnerships Manager and a Partnerships Executive.
  • Collaborate within the Strategy and Engagement department to develop brand partnership opportunities and cause‑related marketing opportunities.
  • Provide accurate new business forecasts as part of the wider Corporate Partnerships Team forecasting.

  • Strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and pitching at board/CEO level.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate varied information concisely, clearly, and engagingly.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of prospects, including senior leaders such as CEOs.
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and deliver a strong new business strategy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments, building strong relationships to drive projects forward and deliver results.
