A leading flower delivery service in London is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to provide analytical insights that drive data-informed decisions across marketing and commercial domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong SQL skills, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills. This position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders to translate analytical findings into impactful business recommendations. The company offers a supportive culture and flexible working arrangements.
Hi, we're Bloom & Wild. We don't just send flowers. We help our customers to care wildly. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just the big occasions. It's being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows.
We care wildly about people and our planet. We are proud to be a certified B Corp — committed to making long-term positive change for our community, and the world around us.
Founded in 2013, our mission was to make sending and receiving flowers the joy that it should be, by harnessing technology, brand and letterbox delivery. We announced £75 million Series D funding in 2021 and that same year acquired bloomon in The Netherlands and Bergamotte in France. Together, we have fulfilled and delivered over 20 million orders (and counting!), making us the largest direct to consumer flower business in Europe.
Now home to a family of 3 beautiful brands, we are driven by our vision to create the destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful. We won’t stop at flowers and plants — starting with the Bloom & Wild brand, we’re expanding our gifting offering to other categories like cakes, candles and cocktails. This is part of our ambition to build Europe\'s direct to consumer gifting destination.
The Business Intelligence & Analytics & Wild Data is at the heart of how we Care Wildly at Bloom & Wild Group. Our BI & Analytics team empowers growth by transforming data into actionable insights and we’re passionate about understanding customer behavior and identifying opportunities to delight them even more. We leverage SQL, data visualisation, and rigorous experimentation and analysis to uncover trends, predict user needs, and test hypotheses. We believe data drives positive change and empowers informed decisions and we value collaboration, continuous learning, and a data-driven mindset.
We're open to hiring a Senior or Lead Insight Analyst (level based on experience). The majority of your role will be focused on analytical insight projects, but from time-to-time you will also be expected to work on reporting and foundational data projects. In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a crucial role in delivering insights and driving data-informed decisions across our marketing and commercial domains.
These are some of the skills and experience we think will enable success in this role. We're committed to building a team made up of different strengths, skills and experiences, so if you're excited about our values, passionate about what you do and would like to join us in doing things more thoughtfully, we'd love to hear from you.
