A leading renewable energy company in Glasgow is looking for a Senior Land & Estates Surveyor. You will manage land portfolios for wind, solar, and battery projects, negotiate land rights, and ensure compliance with legal agreements. Candidates should have a degree in a land discipline, be a member of RICS, and have experience in estates management. The ScottishPower Renewables (SPR) Senior Land and Estates Surveyor is responsible for managing a portfolio of work in the expanding SPR onshore including wind, wind repower, BESS and solar opportunities.
Services cover the capture of land from inception to completion of the process in line with project requirements, including: HOTs, Acquisitions, Land Referencing, Estates Management & Rentals and Landowner Relationship Management.
