Job Description

Our client, Gallagher Group, is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to act as a key escalation point within the IT team. This role involves advanced technical support across office and construction‑site environments and suits someone who enjoys hands‑on responsibility and site presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as senior escalation point for IT issues
  • Supporting server, network, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Minimum one day per week providing on‑site IT support
  • Supporting specialist construction and engineering software
  • Maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity
  • Supporting IT compliance standards (Cyber Essentials, GDPR, PCI DSS)
  • Improving IT documentation and best practices
  • Providing helpdesk cover when required
Requirements
