Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of retail IT systems to become a Subject Matter Expert.
• Proven experience in managing technical issues and providing 3rd line support.
• Experience with system testing and creating test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues as a 3rd line support.
• Manage system deployments and changes efficiently.
• Execute business-as-usual tasks such as data analysis.

Skills

Subject Matter Expert experience with manned-checkouts, self-checkouts, or card payments

Familiarity with IT service management principles (ITIL)

Experience managing technical issues and performing root cause analysis

Proven familiarity with key IT project lifecycles

Experience in communicating with technical and functional teams

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Tools

System monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk)

PowerShell and/or Python
