A leading European airline is seeking a Senior IR Analyst to develop reporting and analytical capabilities. You will enhance decision-making processes through data analysis and contribute to stakeholder management. You’ll join a team of seven, responsible for facilitating Industrial Relations across nine jurisdictions and around 35 representative bodies. The team identifies risks and opportunities, advises on strategy, develops win‑win solutions for our people and shareholders, and ensures agreements are reached on time and in a sustainable fashion, all while delivering our People strategy.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
