You’ll collaborate closely with digital, finance, and commercial teams to ensure our integration solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure, scalable integrations across TPM, ERP, finance, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead the integration architecture and middleware strategy, including data transformation and orchestration.
  • Define and execute test scenarios for pricing, promotions, and settlement flows.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to safeguard data integrity.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation for integrations and APIs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the broader integration and digital roadmap.
Your Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in data or integration engineering within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise integrating Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems (e.g., BluePlanner, SAP TPM, Blacksmith) with ERP and commercial applications.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Azure integration services, including Logic Apps, Data Factory, Functions, and Event Grid.
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure Blob Storage, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, messaging tools (e.g., Azure Service Bus), and data formats.
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial processes such as trade accruals, deductions, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) for automation and deployment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Power BI for visualising TPM and commercial data insights.
  • Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or CPG environments.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and modern DevOps practices.
