This firm offers a highly flexible working model, with the option to work remotely or from the office, and is known for a partner‑led, hands‑on approach across primarily corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, CLs, and Administrations. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
  • Draft reports, correspondence, and statutory documentation
  • Liaise with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct investigations and asset realisations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Support more junior team members (Senior Administrator level)
