As a Senior InfoSec Governance & Compliance Specialist, you can play a major role in strengthening Just Eat Takeaway's resilience and re-imagining how we manage infosec compliance across our business. You will work closely with stakeholders in various teams across the globe.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our London office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Head of InfoSec Governance and Compliance

Key components to the position:

• Leading project-based activities to scope, ease, and improve InfoSec compliance initiatives across the enterprise
• Partnering with technical stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective Business Continuity Management practices are applied.
• Running periodic compliance assessments and ensuring timely resolution of security incidents, tracking and reporting their resolution effectiveness
• Monitoring the regulatory landscape to guide project priorities and maintain relevant compliance strategies
• Engaging with business stakeholders to enhance data collection, improve control frameworks, and integrate compliance requirements into ongoing projects and daily operations
• Helping to further develop efficient processes leveraging our centralised GRC platform.

What will you bring to the team?

• Professional experience in Information Security, with a focus on GRC or related disciplines.
• A strong sense of purpose, vision, and determination to make every improvement count.
• Interest in measuring performance through metrics, driving continuous process improvements and leveraging project management methodologies to optimize compliance outcomes
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Management practices, regulatory policies, laws, and regulations that apply to organizations such as JET.
• Experience with the successful application of AI in the corporate environment
• Experience with monitoring and analyzing activities and processes to ensure internal compliance with regulations, and propose solutions, mainly focusing on more complex analyses.
• Experience with capturing relevant data to prepare documentation on risks and compliance.
• Experience with implementing Information Security risk & compliance plans, policies, and procedures to comply with laws, regulations, and standards including those regulating AI.
