Overview

Our private sector client wishes to employ some Senior ICT Engineers on a temporary contract to both work through a backlog of tickets, and answer inbound queries coming in to the IT Service Desk team.

They're an MSP offering IT Support to clients across the world, so there are a range of shifts available including weekdays, evenings, nights and weekends. Long term they plan to grow the team.

There are a mix of first and second line roles circa £30-35k pa / 3rd line roles circa £40-45k pa.

What they're looking for

• 2+ years of ICT Support experience, ideally within an MSP
• Expertise in SharePoint, M365, emails, networks etc
• For the more senior roles, they're looking for at least 5 years of MSP experience, and expertise in setting up/ configuring INKY, Umbrella, Proofpoint, Mimecast and any experience with Mac scripting etc.
