A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Financial Crime Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst to join their London team. This role involves leading due diligence investigations and assessing financial crime risks across global jurisdictions. Candidates should have extensive experience in EDD and a strong understanding of global financial crime laws. The position requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to produce clear EDD reports. This role offers flexible working arrangements but requires on-site presence in London at least three days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in EDD, AML, or financial crime compliance within regulated sectors.
  • Understanding of energy and commodity markets and geopolitical risk.
  • Experience with OSINT techniques and platforms.

  • Lead enhanced due diligence for high-risk counterparties and strategic transactions.
  • Analyse complex ownership structures and assess financial crime risks.
  • Produce high-quality EDD reports with risk assessments and recommendations.
