Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as HVAC Construction Manager.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience through NVQ or equivalent if not degree qualified.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage project schedule related to HVAC works.
• Monitor contractor’s execution and provide weekly updates.
• Coordinate on site quality inspections.
• Manage change controls and ensure timely closures.
• Support system P&ID walkdowns before handover.
