About the role:

We are looking for a experienced Senior HR advisor to join our growing HR team. This role is a key strategic and operational partner to the business, supporting leaders and managers to drive positive employee experiences, ensure compliance, and enable strong business performance.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions to shape and deliver effective people strategies, support on complex employee relations matters, and ensure HR initiatives are aligned with both commercial objectives and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on all HR-related matters
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Support and lead on HR case management including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to support business goals and drive continuous improvement in people practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a senior HR advisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
  • Proven experience in employee relations and managing complex HR cases
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to balance commercial and people priorities
