HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner, Permanent, Chester, c£35,000 to £40,000

Our client is a growing, forward-thinking organisation at an exciting stage of development. They are looking to strengthen their HR capability with an experienced and proactive HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner. This is a chance to join a supportive, close-knit team and play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda during a time of growth and change.

Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will be your opportunity to own HR support for key areas of the business. You will lead employee relations casework, support recruitment and onboarding, manage payroll processes, and contribute to performance management and engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.

You will be an experienced HR professional with proven Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner experience. You will bring exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering people-focused solutions. You will be organised, confident in decision-making, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and a full UK driving licence are essential.
