This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. As a seasoned HR professional with a global scope and deep business acumen, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior executives within the Global Sales Organisation. This role requires a recognized authority who can take full ownership of strategic HR and talent initiatives, translating complex business imperatives into executable talent strategies. Your mission is to foster a culture of collaborative trust and radical simplification, ensuring the organization remains resilient and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Typically 10-15 years of HR experience, featuring significant consulting exposure and a background in large, global IT organizations.
Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy execution, and comprehensive knowledge of labour and employment laws across multiple regions.
A first-level university degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA or Human Resources) is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for the creation of compelling, executive-ready, data-driven presentations.
