Strategic Business Partner – Organisation Design & Leadership Coaching
A dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a Senior Business Partner to drive organisational effectiveness and partner with senior leaders to deliver outstanding commercial results. This role blends strategic HR expertise with hands-on delivery across organisation design, talent development, and leadership coaching.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Translate business strategy, culture, and challenges into impactful people solutions.
- Lead organisation design initiatives, partnering with divisional leadership to optimise structures and improve performance.
- Oversee workforce planning, considering current and future needs, organisational structures, and workforce composition.
- Deliver organisational change and restructuring projects as required.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to managers, collaborating closely with specialist Centres of Excellence.
- Act as a talent ambassador by driving succession planning, nurturing high-potential talent, and participating in key hiring decisions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on organisational health, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
- Present people metrics and data to demonstrate progress across headcount, talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations.
- Lead the implementation of people strategies aligned to business goals, covering areas such as learning and development, performance management, reward, recognition, and culture.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and oversee restructures in compliance with local legislation.
- Identify and deliver leadership development and team-building initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications
- Significant HR Business Partner experience in a fast-moving, complex organisation.
- Background in working within a Centre of Excellence model.
- Strong expertise in talent management and organisational change.
- Experience in fluid, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Korean or Japanese business cultures is advantageous.
