Job description
Overview

Senior HR Assistant required at our Head Office in Llangefni. You will provide administration support to the HR Team and assist with ensuring that our policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across Huws Gray.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and respond to HR Support queries.
  • Answer general queries from colleagues, managers and external customers via various methods.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
  • Maintain and update the HR system with colleague data.
  • Liaise directly with the branch network as well as senior teams.
  • Assist and support the colleague lifecycle from starter to leaver including recruitment, employment contracts, induction, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, pay and benefits.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of people.
  • Sensitivity and objectivity in dealing with confidential issues.
  • Attention to detail and high degrees of accuracy.
  • A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel to branches as required.
  • Professional approach in relation to dealing with colleague related HR issues.
  • Sound working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
