Overview

Our client is looking to recruit a full-time experienced Senior HR Advisor, this would suit an experienced HR Advisor who has a broad operational HR generalist background and is seeking a role that offers excellent career progression. (Consideration will also be given to an HR Advisor ready for the next step up.)

Working as part of a busy HR team and for an experienced HR mentor this role offers real variety in the position, the chance to gain experience across all key areas of a broad HR role with the opportunity to grow and develop. This is a very successful business and will be a positive place to work in HR getting involved in numerous HR projects and dealing with the SLT team and varied site Stakeholders.

The Role

Location: North Lincolnshire.

Working as part of a busy site HR team, this role is a busy role offering the chance to get involved in all key areas of HR. There are a number of interesting HR projects and no two days will be the same.

Reporting into an experienced HR mentor this role will offer an excellent opportunity for rapid HR career progression supported by the HR Manager. This highly successful organisation has a great People Centric culture and there is a great atmosphere here.

The Candidate
  • CIPD level 5 (or studying towards).
  • Strong generalist HR background.
  • Experience of implementing, embedding in and aligning HR policies.
  • Capable of handling ER cases, mentoring Managers.
  • Recruitment, Talent/succession etc.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, compliancy and up-to-date with new legislation
  • Previous experience working and leading on HR projects.
  • Good operational HR experience in a broad HR role covering all key areas of HR.
  • Ideally worked in blue/white collar environment (manufacturing/logistics/).
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
