Job summary

A major housing organization in Stoke-on-Trent seeks an experienced Compliance & Delivery Manager to lead compliance functions and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role involves managing a budget of approximately £20 million, leading a team of 19.5 FTE, and ensuring all operational activities meet statutory regulations. Candidates should have a strong background in housing compliance and demonstrated experience with large-scale programmes. This is a full-time role with a contract of an initial four months, offering a rate of £500 per day inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Strong background in housing compliance, asset management or property services.
• Proven experience managing statutory compliance programmes (gas, fire, asbestos, etc.).
• Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale capital or improvement programmes.
• Excellent financial acumen with experience overseeing multi-million-pound budgets.
