A leading regional contractor is seeking a Senior Agent for a highways improvement project in Bedfordshire. This position offers a salary between £45k and £55k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Educated to HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Degree level desirable.
• Experience with main civil engineering contractors on projects between £5-10m.
• Familiarity with HS&E Standards and public interface management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical aspects, procure materials, and manage costs.
• Lead a team of engineers and ensure quality control on projects.
• Develop relationships with customers and ensure project compliance.
