Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in Dartford is looking for an experienced Lead Heat Pump Engineer to manage installations on domestic properties. This senior role requires technical skills and leadership experience in renewable heating. Responsibilities include overseeing engineers and ensuring quality installations of air source heat pumps. Ideal candidates will hold relevant qualifications, including NVQ and MCS certifications, and possess a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating.
• Level 3 ASHP Specific Qualification required.
• MCS Certification for business is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of installations from start to finish.
• Lead and supervise on-site engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure excellent workmanship throughout the installation process.
