A national health service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Health Care Support Worker for the Out of Hours period. The role involves providing care within home and community settings, collaborating with various health and social care services. Candidates should have SCQF Level 6/7 or equivalent experience, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a person ready for a role which is both rewarding and fulfilling to join our Health and Social Care Partnership as a Senior Health Care Support Worker in the Out of Hours period.
You will be providing care within the home and community settings across Perth & Kinross under the guidance of the Out of Hours Nursing team.
Joint partnership working with Perth & Kinross Social Work services and Private and Voluntary Sector services will be an essential part of this role.
Experience of working in a health or social care environment.
SCQF at Level 6/7 or equivalent experience is required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential and a willingness to develop.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
