About the Role

As Senior HSEQS Manager, you'll shape and deliver our HSEQS strategy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work closely with senior leadership, clients, and regulatory bodies to influence best practices and maintain accreditations such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of legislative changes and drive initiatives that make our business safer and more sustainable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSEQS strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to all levels of site personnel.
  • Chair regular HSEQS meetings and liaise with regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditations and industry standards.
  • Lead investigations, identify root causes, and oversee corrective actions.
  • Manage HSEQS training and maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing HSEQS functions in a contracting business.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, plus CSCS qualification.
  • Strong background in highway maintenance and civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of health, safety, environmental, quality, and sustainability legislation.
