We are looking to recruit Senior Health Care Support Workers to join a dedicated Paediatric Team in our Paediatric Outpatient department. We are seeking motivated and caring Healthcare Support Workers with enthusiasm, drive and passion for delivering outstanding levels of care. You will have excellent communication skills and the flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of Children and their Families whilst maintaining a safe environment. You will be motivated and committed to delivering high quality care to patients in a busy and fast paced area. You will work as part of a team to provide high quality, safe and child centred care. The successful candidate will be efficient, reliable, and able to work using their own initiative whilst being part of a team, and will be dedicated to assisting in the delivery and development of an excellent service.
The successful candidate will be required to work over 6 sites within the Wigan and Leigh area. To undertake this post, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Should you not meet this requirement due to a disability, you are of course able to apply and a discussion regarding whether reasonable adjustments could be made to the role would take place before any offer is confirmed.
Please note that senior positions (AFC band 8A or above) may be expected to participate in an on-call rota, if the role is predominantly operational.
