A leading retail company is seeking a Senior Head of Product Management to define the vision and oversight of a digital product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include driving innovation, managing stakeholders, and ensuring product lifecycle excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital landscape and enhance customer experiences in-store and online.
As Senior Head of Product Management, you will create vision, set direction, and lead delivery of an entire digital product portfolio, typically overseeing over 15-20 product teams. You will create, refine and deliver product strategies and roadmaps, establish budgets, and implement product management disciplines to create innovative, digital products that customers love and drive commercial value at scale.
This is a highly customer focussed and highly visible role influencing and directly leading multiple digital teams. You will manage several senior stakeholders across the business to drive alignment on objectives and key results, as well as partner with cross-functional teams to create, refine and execute the product strategy in the context of company objectives.
You will play a key role in shaping the Product Management discipline to help bring about an innovative, product-led culture that allows M&S digital products to be built at scale with high agility.
