As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating designs that align with the brand identities of several of our portfolio brands, including Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu, Habitat, Nectar and Own Brands. Collaborating with a team of designers and copywriters, you will implement a cohesive visual language across various channels, encompassing brand, print, and digital projects. In this fast-paced retail environment, you will handle a high volume of diverse projects, requiring your ability to navigate ambiguity and provide creative solutions to design challenges. Staying updated on industry trends and mentoring and supporting the wider team of talented designers will contribute to maintaining our design vision and the quality of our output. Throughout, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, uphold brand consistency, meet project deadlines, and foster an innovative and collaborative environment to deliver visually compelling and effective design work.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you are a highly skilled and experienced design professional with a keen eye for crafting visually compelling and effective designs that align with brand identities across multiple prestigious brands. Your extensive knowledge of communication design and expertise in various platforms, including brand, print, and digital, enables you to implement visual language seamlessly and consistently. In this fast-paced retail environment, your ability to thrive in ambiguity and find innovative solutions to design problems is central to your success.
