Responsibilities
- Act as touch point and collaboration partner for the Global Brand team and Our LEGO Agency to ensure an integrated proposal on World Play Day (WPD) cutting across external brand moment, employee engagement and social impact activation, in alignment with company strategy for social impact.
- Act as touch point and collaboration partner for Corporate Brand Communication and Government & Public Affairs teams to ensure alignment with the annual direction of WPD and support SR activation of WPD.
- Act as conduit between global vision and regional SR teams, ensuring objectives are clear and partner closely with regional and global SR colleagues to facilitate and drive the integration of WPD into existing work and OSIS pilots/initiatives as well as ensure activation in line with WPD global direction.
- Partner closely with the SR Play Engagement team to ensure strong integration with employee WPD.
- Equip and enable regional and global teams with resources and ideas needed to activate World Play Day with partners, in close collaboration with Play Engagement team.
- Lead other Global Initiative projects and ensure project management and execution, partnership development, evaluation, and communication to raise visibility.
IDOP/UNICEF Partnership
- Be the LEGO Group's touch point for the LEGO Foundation on WPD/IDOP and for the UNICEF partnership to drive delivery according to plan.
- Lead partnership with UNICEF with specific focus on private‑sector coalition for IDOP and LEGO Group support.
- Drive alignments across SR (regional teams, Play Engagement team) to integrate IDOP effectively.
- Create alignment across business functions (GPA, Brand, CBC) to integrate IDOP into wider business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience with developing global initiatives in co‑creation with colleagues and partners and enabling local implementation.
- Proven ability to lead and drive complex projects with multiple collaborators.
- Mature experience with driving a team of specialists towards a shared delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Patient, flexible, proactive self‑starter with proven ability to creatively solve problems based on high‑level objectives – no roadmap.
- Curiosity to explore, learn, and seek solutions from multiple sources.
- Proficient written and verbal communication (in English) skills, including the ability to deliver engaging, impactful presentations.
