Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Fundraiser and team manager.
• Experience with statutory funders – DiFD, EU Grants, FCO.
• Christian Faith as a Genuine Occupational Requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 fundraisers.
• Develop and deliver the fundraising strategy.
• Maximise revenue and diversify income streams.
• Achieve income targets for various fundraising streams.

Skills

Successful track record in Professional Fundraising

Experience managing a fundraising team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of fundraising databases / CRM (e.g., Raisers Edge)
