Qualifications

• Strong prior experience in originating deals within the PE/VC space.

• Experience in NAV finance or other structured lending preferred.
• Deep knowledge of competition dynamics in fund finance.

Responsibilities

• Source new fund finance opportunities across PE, Private Credit and VC clients.
• Deal structuring of fund finance solutions.
• Conduct credit assessments and work with coverage teams.
• Support the Head of Origination in improving market visibility.
