A global health services company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst and VI Planning Lead in Dumfries. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive financial performance and strategic decision-making for the Veterinary Instrumentation business. You'll oversee planning and analysis, ensuring robust forecasting and leading the budgeting process while collaborating closely with commercial and operational teams. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant with strong experience in FP&A, exceptional Excel skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Exposure to large groups with corporate reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and forecasting for the Veterinary Instrumentation business.
• Provide leadership across Profit and Loss forecasting and planning.
• Lead complex business analysis for improved performance.
• Present results and analysis clearly to non-finance professionals.
• Lead budget process including stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and improve dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Act as a finance partner to commercial and marketing teams.
