Overview

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, award-winning regional accountancy and financial planning organisation looking to appoint a Chartered Financial Planner to join their growing team. Based out of their Exeter office with travel across the region, you'll have full autonomy to manage your diary while delivering first-class financial planning to a loyal, high-quality client base.

The Opportunity
  • Service a client portfolio of circa £30M AUM across HNW and UHNW clients
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience while also having the opportunity to take on additional leads and grow your own client bank

  • Full back office administrative paraplanning and compliance support
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke financial planning advice to new and existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and introducers, supporting new business development where appropriate
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans in clear, practical language
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes, products, and best practice
About You
  • Chartered Financial Planner status or working towards
  • Minimum 4 years experience within a similar position
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service and managing HNW/UHNW clients
  • Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously with the drive to grow your client base
Salary & Benefits
  • £70,000 - £110,000 basic salary (DOE & qualifications)
