Senior Finance Systems Manager

Location: London, NW14SA

Lead the finance systems at London Business School and drive excellence in financial operations. London Business School requires a Senior Finance Systems Manager to join us on a permanent basis. You will lead delivery and support of the School's finance systems, including adoption of new platforms like TechnologyOne.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for finance system matters.
• Provide leadership to the finance systems team, fostering continuous learning and growth.
• Mentor team members and guide them in complex problem‑solving.
• Lead finance systems projects from conception to completion.
• Administer and maintain finance systems ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Communicate system changes effectively and manage upgrades.

Qualifications

• Understanding of finance operations and systems with experience in finance data management.
• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with software packages like Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to manage change and consult on business initiatives.
