Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead financial responsibility for Adult Social Care portfolio.
• Move budget monitoring to a monthly cycle.
• Drive financial accountability across the directorate.
• Lead complex demand and cost modelling.
• Challenge Service Managers on mitigation plans.
• Manage Better Care Fund and present cost-saving plans.
• Line manage two Finance Analysts.
