Partner with the best

This role with be a major contributor to the Finance integration of Chart Industries into Baker Hughes and will be responsible for the coordination of projects within the function. The Finance function has a wide range of areas that need to be successfully integrated: Tax, Treasury, Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Financial Systems, and External Reporting. This role with ensure key milestones are prioritized and achieved through clear communication with the broader organization.

Specifically, though not exclusively, this role will:

  • Act as a Project Management Office (PMO) of Finance Integration
  • Work but within the Finance function and cross functionally to ensure projects on are tracker
  • Support directly with a variety of projects as needed, this will be dynamic as the integration progresses
  • Put project plan togethers with teams relating to Finance Systems
  • Communicate clearly to the overall Project Management Office of the integration

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum 5 years of Finance work experience.
  • Possess demonstrated experience financial acumen.
  • Strong Knowledge & experience financial systems
  • Be able demonstrate the ability to lead programs/projects.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills, influential interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Possess demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Be able to travel to support businesses through integration initiatives
  • Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude
