Job Description

In this fast‑paced and varied Senior Finance Manager role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• Take ownership of group‑wide statutory reporting, external audit delivery, and key tax and treasury activities.
• Shape and strengthen financial controls by designing and embedding improved policies, processes, and frameworks across the finance teams.
• Streamline month‑end procedures to produce faster, more accurate financial information and enhance overall reporting quality.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small finance team, ensuring robust performance and capability development.
• Produce clear, timely financial results for both individual entities and the consolidated group, supporting investor and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage the audit cycle from planning through completion, ensuring high‑quality statutory accounts and strong audit readiness.
• Champion efficient cash management and ensure full compliance with tax obligations and financial regulation.
• Contribute to key change initiatives, including system enhancements, accounting updates, and other finance transformation projects.

The Successful Applicant
