A leading financial services company in the UK is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the Wealth Planning team. The role involves delivering insightful analysis, developing financial models, and driving process improvement. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in finance and excellent communication skills. The position offers opportunities to lead a team and shape business strategy, with a focus on performance tracking and decision support.
We are seeking a highly skilled and influential Senior Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A function and act as the primary partner to the Head of Wealth Planning and the Wealth Planning Senior Leadership Team. This role is central to enabling high-quality commercial decision-making through accurate, timely and insightful financial analysis, forward-looking forecasting, and clear storytelling of business performance.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and challenging business strategy, ensuring alignment to TrinityBridge's goals, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance.
This is a significant opportunity to lead and uplift a developing team, embedding stronger processes, improving use of technology and automation, and coaching team members to enhance accuracy, pace and overall performance. You will also work closely with and support the Head of Finance.

As a line manager, you will be responsible for increasing productivity and developing performance through coaching, mentoring and developing your team members. You will encourage your team to take responsibility for their own personal development and provide support through regular feedback.
