A leading housing organization in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support their financial strategies and ensure compliance with financial procedures. The role requires significant experience in financial reporting, particularly within housing, and strong stakeholder relationship skills. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will support the Group's financial strategies and policies by ensuring compliance with financial procedures and delivering customer-focused financial support. You will work closely with one of our subsidiaries (Redwing) providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information to aid decision-making and maintain financial integrity.
Redwing is a Registered Provider specialising in Shared Ownership and Leasehold property management. As well as managing its own stock, Redwing provides Estate Agency and Property Management to external clients. You will support the preparation of subsidiary and consolidated management information for reporting to Executive Team, Group and Subsidiary Boards and Committees.
You will be part or fully CCAB qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIPFA) or studying for an accountancy qualification.
You have significant experience within a financial reporting department, ideally within the housing sector.
You're able to build solid, lasting and productive relationships with key stakeholders.
You have people management skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues.
You have advanced ICT skills with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Word.
Good working knowledge and experience of relevant computer applications and financial systems.
You have a strong attention to detail and ability to achieve deadlines under pressure.
