We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to lead a team and deliver exceptional commercial financial management across a complex portfolio of contracts. This is a strategic role, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, transforming financial and non‑financial data into actionable insights that drive performance and value creation.

Job Description

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will manage end‑to‑end financial operations for client contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and governance standards. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, influence decision‑making, and lead initiatives to optimise financial performance while minimising risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complete financial management for a portfolio of contracts, including reporting to both internal and client teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and commercial risks.
  • Develop effective relationships with senior client representatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to contract governance, client reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the Finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Support strategic decision‑making through market, competitor, and portfolio analysis.
  • Oversee billing, cash collection, and balance sheet management.
  • Advise senior management on key changes impacting commercial performance.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
  • Proven experience in commercial finance within a service contract environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • High level of computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, financial systems).
  • Professional, proactive, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving growth.
