Job Description:

This successful Family Law Team is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to be involved in a variety of family law matters. You will handle a range of cases including child law and complex high-value divorce/dissolution. Your duties will include:

• Providing advice to clients on financial provisions upon separation and divorce, and representing clients in child-related matters such as residence and contact disputes, child relocation, and abduction petitions.
• Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre- and post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
• Drafting pleadings and conducting advocacy in sheriff court litigation.
