What You'll Need to Bring

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering Senior level Sales or Leadership hires
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients (£1B+ revenue)
• Strong understanding of Technology markets – especially IT Services, Software or AI
• £250k+ billings per year – consistently delivered
• Confident, credible communicator – able to influence candidates and consult with clients
• Resilience, pace, and a winning mindset
• A positive mindset and winning, team orientated mentally.
• A passion for learning and self development.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Bullhorn CRM, Linkedin
