Job summary

A charitable care organization is seeking a Senior Administrator to support the Executive Team. This role involves organizing meetings, typing reports, and managing complaints. Candidates should have a GCSE or equivalent, alongside at least 2 years’ experience at a senior level. Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office applications are crucial. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ administrative/secretarial experience at Senior Manager/Director level.
  • Understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities.
  • Care and/or voluntary sector experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Data Protection/GDPR.

Responsibilities

  • Organise appointments, meetings, venues, catering and travel.
  • Type reports, minutes, and correspondence.
  • Deal with incoming complaints at head office.
  • Coordinate the monthly monitoring of complaints and safeguarding alerts.
  • Administer the Data Protection/GDPR procedure.
  • Attend quarterly Joint Staff Consultation Forum meetings.
