A leading training organization in the UK seeks a Senior Events Operations Lead to plan and execute events across the country. Working Hours: 5‑day week (Monday‑Saturday rota, hours typically 9am‑5:30pm; extended hours expected on event days)

They are looking for bright and enthusiastic professionals to join their events team that have a strong background in organising and hosting events, love meeting and networking with clients/delegates, and who have a key eye on detail.
As a Senior Events Operations Lead, you’ll be at the heart of the action — travelling nationwide to help plan, build, and deliver powerful events that drive real business impact. Around 50% of your time will be spent on the road, staying in hotels, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with their expert team, and making sure every event runs like clockwork.
When you’re not on the road, you’ll be back at their HQ in Chelmsford, helping plan the next event.
