Overview

London | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

As Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will oversee the full life cycle of events—from research and concept through to budget management, execution, and ROI measurement. You'll manage a diverse portfolio, including corporate events, industry conferences, partner events, customer-facing initiatives, and internal programmes. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with marketing, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure every event delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, production, and execution of events, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing objectives.
  • Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies through conferences, roundtables, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to define event goals, messaging, target audiences, and promotional strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee all logistics—from staging and AV production to shipping and collateral.
  • Gather industry insights and competitive intelligence to shape event strategies.
  • Track event performance and provide ROI evaluations with analytics support.
  • Recruit and manage event staffing as needed.
About You
  • 10+ years of experience in event management, with a track record of delivering both large-scale and intimate events across online and offline formats.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in people management preferred, but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
