The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Construction Estimator, strong analytical skills, and a background in construction management or quantity surveying. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of pricing mechanisms including various pricing methods.
• Hands-on experience with occupied refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse scopes of work and specifications.
• Prepare take-offs and produce bills of quantities.
• Identify risks and ensure they are reflected in tenders.
• Attend site visits and project meetings.
• Contribute to weekly estimating review meetings.
