• Experience in assessing bid opportunities leading to a bid/no-bid review.
• Ability to evaluate project risks and ensure accuracy of tender documents.
• Capacity to build rates from first principles for pricing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project risks and potential problems.
• Assist in preparation of tender submissions and deliver post-tender presentations.
• Support technical and estimating preparation of quotations from specifications.

Skills
