Overview

First People Solutions are working with a large civil engineering and groundworks firm based in Glasgow and we are hiring a senior quantity estimator on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for civils & groundworks packages (earthworks, drainage, roads, foundations, etc).
• Reviewing tender documents, drawings & specs.
• Liaising with suppliers & subcontractors for quotations.
• Attending site visits & pre-tender meetings as required.
• Collaborating with our Operations, Commercial & Engineering teams.
