Senior Estimator - Refurbishment / Build

Regional Building Contractor
West Yorkshire

Up to £75k + Package

This is a great opportunity for an individual who would like to be part of an organisation who have an exceptionally low turnover of staff and are now looking to make their next strategic appointment. This established cash rich, Yorkshire based build and refurbishment contractor who have already secured much of their construction pipeline for much of 2026 but are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to add to their tight commercial team.

The business who work across a broad range of sectors commercial, industrial, education and refurbishment sectors are looking for a strong individual who thrives in a role where your skill as an estimator can be utilised to its full extent and this same experience imparted to junior members of the team.

Ideally from a main contracting background you will be practiced in using D&B forms of contract and be capable of working on a broad range of schemes up to £5m and be comfortable of pricing 2 - 3 jobs depending on the project size and be comfortable using pricing software.
