Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Senior Estimator or Estimating Manager role with a main contractor.
• Strong track record delivering public sector construction projects.
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing estimating teams.
• Confident pricing single-stage and two-stage tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of six estimators.
• Deliver tenders for public sector projects across new build and refurbishment.
• Produce and review detailed take-offs, Bills of Quantities and pricing build-ups.
• Finalize tender submissions and ensure full compliance with deadlines.
