A leading healthcare provider in Salford is seeking an individual to oversee the management and compliance of Estates and Building Engineering services across community property sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all essential services are operational to support patient care and staff needs. This role entails hands-on management of maintenance providers and acting as an Authorised Person for various systems. The Postholder will take the lead role in overseeing and managing the compliance and delivery of Estates and Building Engineering services activities to approximately 80 community property sites within the NCA estate portfolio.
The role involves assuring the Trust always has power, lighting, water, medical gas supplies, heating, cooling and ventilation and other systems to ensure patients can be treated, staff can work, and all functions of the Community estate are operational.
